This page explains how your order gets to you, and what happens if something is wrong with it.

If something is faulty, damaged or not what we described

Please contact us. Under the Australian Consumer Law, you're entitled to a remedy when goods have a problem:

  • If it's a major problem (for example, it's unsafe, or you wouldn't have bought it if you'd known), you can choose a replacement or a refund.
  • If it's a minor problem, we can choose to repair it, replace it or refund you.

You have these rights whether or not the item comes with a warranty. Nothing on this page limits them.
