Terms of sale

These terms apply when you buy from the AMS online shop. By placing an order you agree to them. They don't take away any right you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

Prices and GST
All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and are shown ex GST. GST of 10% is added at checkout, on the items and on delivery. Your cart shows the subtotal, the delivery charge (where there is one), the GST and the total including GST, before you order. A price shown as "Price on request" can't be ordered online: ask us for a quote.
Ordering and paying
You can pay by card. You pay on Stripe's secure payment page, and we never see or store your card details. Your order is confirmed when your payment goes through.
If you buy for a business, you may be able to submit a purchase order instead. A purchase order is a request to buy: we confirm it with you before we accept it, and we're not bound to supply the goods until we do. We then invoice you, and the payment terms are the ones we agree with you.
Once an order is paid, or confirmed with you, our team picks, packs and dispatches it from our job system.
If an item turns out to be unavailable, or the price shown was a clear mistake, we may cancel that order. If we do, we'll refund you in full. If an item you've paid for runs out before we can pack it, we'll contact you and either send it when it's back in stock or refund you.
